Master Agreement Between the Government of the Province of Alberta and the Alberta Union of Provincial Employees
49.01
The Parties agree to maintain the existing Employee Benefits Committee. This Committee shall be governed by terms of reference established by the representatives of the Parties.
49.02
The terms of reference for the Committee shall apply to the Long Term Disability Income Continuance Plan, the Group Life Insurance Plan and the Group Dental Plan, or such other group Employee benefit plans the Parties agree are applicable to Employees in the bargaining unit.
