Master Agreement Between the Government of the Province of Alberta and the Alberta Union of Provincial Employees
2.01
The Employer during the life of this Agreement may with the agreement of the Union:
(a)
alter rates of Employee compensation, or
(b)
alter any Employee entitlement or Employee rights
which are contained within this Agreement and upon such agreement these changes shall become the rates, entitlements, or Employee rights.
